eGift Vouchers can be only be redeemed online.
eGift Vouchers are valid from five years after the date of purchase.
eGift Vouchers may not be exchanged for Cash or Vouchers.

eGift Voucher can be redeemed in more than one online transaction.

Right of Cancellation / Refund

If you are purchasing a Product or service via Akkure.com from inside the EU, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of the Product within fourteen days of delivery of the Product to you, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

You must inform us of your decision to cancel in writing and you must then promptly return the Product to us within fourteen days from notifying us of your decision to cancel, at your own cost.

We will reimburse all payments received from you for the Product without undue delay when the Product has been received back by us, via the same means of payment as you used for the initial payment less admin and shipping cost if applicable. We will not charge you any fees in connection with the reimbursement apart from the admin and shipping cost.

The right to cancel an Order does not apply to Products that have been opened and the seal on the kit broken, as these Products are not suitable for return for health protection reasons.

Investor Promotion, Coupon or Discount codes

Any code sent to investors of Akkure Genomics directly is for investors to use only on Akkure.com for purchasing a product for themselves only. It cannot be transferable to other individuals or used to purchase any product for any other individual and is to be used in line with our General Terms and Conditions and not used in connection with any other offer.

Ordering and using The Akkure Genomics Sequencing Kits

Currently you may only order a test for personal use. Your Akkure account must be KYC verified before you can receive the results of your genetic tests Many of our Akkure Genomics customers participate with their family members, including parents, siblings, spouses, and more. When registering your kits, you must choose to establish separate accounts for each individual on Akkure.com. This ensures that we secure access to an individual owner and person’s genetic and digital twin data. All personalised reports are accessible and can be viewed directly on individual accounts and is a requirement to see all reports purcased. You should also ensure that each individual meets the following criteria as detailed in our Terms and Conditions.

• All Akkure Genomics customers must be over 18 years of age at the time of purchase. If you have purchased any of the Akkure Genomics Services for someone who is under the age of 18 you can request a refund per our refund policy.

• Each user you choose to purchase for must have their own email address and separate Akkure account. All kits must be registered into an existing Akkure Genomics account. You can choose to purchase on someone’s behalf but it must be linked to that individual’s email identity. Each user will be required to undergo a “Know your customer” verification process to ensure the individual’s identity. If you have purchased a kit for someone incorrectly, you can request a refund per our refund policy.

Consent

By consenting, you are confirming that you understand that Akkure collects, stores, and processes any personal health data that you choose to upload to our platform, which may include medical, demographic, physiological and genetic information. This is to allow Akkure to share your Medical Digital Twin data with approved Pharmaceutical drug companies and Contract research organisations who specialise in new drug development and whose motivations will include developing new drugs and therapeutics, and researching populations of patients with specific diseases or disorders. Akkure will only share your data, which are anonymised, in instances where you have explicitly consented for those data to be shared. Akkure also processes your data in order to precisely match you to clinical trials for which you are eligible to apply, using our AI clinical trial matching platform. 

Your purchase of a product or service constitutes your agreement to these conditions and these conditions are a legal agreement between you and Akkure.com. By making a purchase on Akkure.com you:

 

• give your consent for the genetic test(s) within this order.

• give your consent to provide your genetic data to Akkure’s laboratory partner(s), which can process, store and – should you decide – delete your data in order to create the medical report

• give your consent to provide your personal and genetic data to Akkure, which can process, store and – should you decide – delete your data

• consent to the storage of your genetic material for additional tests and/or quality control (for max. 10 years)

• consent to the storage of your test results beyond the timespan of 10 years

• give your consent that your genetic material and data can be used for scientific purposes in an anonymised form.
